Minimum Requirements
- No evictions past 5 years
- Active Drivers license
- No criminal offenses in last 5 years
- 2.5x rent in income (EX: $1,000 rent, $2,500 monthly income statement)
- No previous evictions
- Job and income verification & consistent job history
- if self employed; two years of tax returns & bank statements
- No violent crimes / sex offensive / crimes against children in any way
- Have own Transportation
- Each person at or over the age of 18 must fill out a separate application
- If person has legal guardianship, applicant must specify
